TTO “Innovative Capital” was established in August 2012 in Sofia, Bulgaria under project No BG161PO003-1.2.02 – 0007 – C0001 “Establishment and operation of the Technology Transfer Office “Innovative capital” funded by the Operational Programme “Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy” 2007-2013, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund and the state budget of the Republic of Bulgaria.

TTO “Innovative Capital” was established by a Consortium comprising “VIP Capital” Ltd., “INI-Novation Bulgaria” Ltd. and the Non-profit organization “Association for massive communications”.

Services for start-ups:

• initial meeting with the client and initial joint activities;
• analysis of the client;
• intellectual property management (support for the registration of patents, trademarks, etc.);
• advice on business plan development and exploration of the technology potential;
• mentoring advice based on the initial business plan;
• legal and accounting advice;

• advice on choosing the right approach to the commercialization of the technology

The experts of the Technology transfer office “Innovative capital” have supported inventors, scientists and SMEs in their choice of the right business model in the planning and organization of the business as well as in the fields of law, accounting, management of innovation and intellectual property management.
